The Process

We want to be able to view the surface that you desire to have done, so that we can get a better understanding of what you are wanting done. You have a vision of what you want and Tulsa Tile Contractor is dedicated to bringing that vision to life.

After discussion in great detail, you select the tile that you believe best suits your style and your vision. We have a variety of tiles, however, there is a limit on what we offer. Therefore, if you do not see one that resembles what you are wanting, you are more than welcome to order the tile from elsewhere. We will still install the tile for you.

Once the order of tile comes in, we will schedule a time for the installation that best works for you. We ask that there is a resident of the home to be present at the time of installation to oversee the project. This is just to ensure that the installation is going according to the liking and planning of the consultation.

We also recognize that circumstances may change. If you need to postpone your project, we do not impose a rescheduling fee. Our goal is to make the experience as easy and hassle-free as possible while accommodating your needs and timetable.

A timeline for the project will be discussed. All projects are different, due to size, installation, and tile cuts. Therefore, we will not be able to give you an estimated timeline for the project until after the consultation. If the project takes longer than the discussed timeline, we will not charge you for additional days because we understand that you may not plan it. We will continue to plan installations around your schedule.
Maintaining cleanliness is another key aspect of our service. We treat your home with the same respect and care as our own. We regard your home with the same level of care and respect we desire for our own. Our team ensures to tidy up after every project, leaving your area clean and organized once the work is finished. We hold that professional craftsmanship should encompass not only the installation itself but also the consideration we give to your home throughout the process.

Once the installation is complete, we will have you double check every crevice and cut to ensure that you are happy with the final design. If there is anything that you are not satisfied with, let us know and we will get it fixed immediately. If everything is how you imagined it and there is nothing you want to add or change, we will give you care instructions. We recommend keeping all pets away from the surface for about a week. Clean and wipe down the surface occasionally, just like any other surface in the home. Avoid dropping heavy items onto the tile, it can chip or break the tile.
